A & I Construction Ltd was formed in 2001 by Amir Rei & Ilan Yitzhak, both of whom have more than fifteen years experience in the commercial and residential construction industry.
The Company operates at the very top end of the market, working to the highest standard of finish whilst incorporating the very latest technology.
Over this period our typical project size has increased significantly and all have been in prime residential locations of Hampstead and the surrounding areas.
We employ an experienced workforce and use an extensive range of highly skilled sub-contractors, some of whom have worked with the company for many years, something we believe ensures both our own and our projects' continuity.
A & I Construction Ltd have been nominated for three Camden Building Quality Awards, winning the Extensions & Alterations category in 2007 for Whitestone House.
